ROOM RATES
Our normal room rates start at $120 a night for 2 adults (except 2 Bedroom Suite rates which is for 4 adults), plus $25 each for extra persons. Infants under 4 years are FREE and cots are available, please let us know at time of booking so we can reserve one. NOTE: Our rates vary depending on room type, occupancy, season and special offers. Please see our Rates & Booking page for current prices and availability.
ALL ROOMS are equipped with the following, in addition to access to Guest Services (see next section):

- Wheelchair access.
- Interconnecting doors to join 2 rooms into one, great for large groups.
- Twin single beds instead of a double bed.
- Infant cot available on request.
- Some rooms are located on the upper floor which requires carrying baggage up stairs. Our staff will gladly assist with this.

Internet AccessFREE in-room wireless or wired internet access is available to all guests. Our connection has been upgraded to high-speed fibre and we have added additional wifi antennas to improve connectivity. Please ask and reception for a login password (and ethernet cable if required). Internet access is subject to reasonable use policy. |
Airport ShuttleFREE transfers to and from the domestic and international Airport terminals, available 24/7. For pickups from the Airport, simply call us when you are out of the terminal and we will pick you up from either door 4 or door 11 within a few minutes. Watch for our silver van with Best Western logo. For transfers from our motel to the Airport, it is best to book a time at our reception so that you can ensure you arrive at the Airport in time for your check-in.

LaundryA guest laundry is available for FREE use. You will need to supply your own washing powder or purchase some from reception. Full laundry and dry cleaning service is also available at additional cost, please enquire at reception.

NewspaperCopies of New Zealands most popular daily newspaper (The New Zealand Herald) are available from reception, subject to availability. Weekday newspapers are FREE of charge, Saturday and Sunday papers are $3 each.

Wake-Up CallIf you require a wake-up call, please arrange at reception beforehand. Your phones volume control should normally be switched on to a loud enough setting but please check it is on and plugged in. Alterntatively, all rooms are fitted with an alarm clock. |
SKY TVSKY TV is free to view in all rooms, including SKY Sport 1/2/3 and SKY Movies.

DVD/Blu-ray Player hireA DVD player is available for hire from reception for just $5 a day. It can also play DivX movies from a USB drive and Blu-ray disks. We currently do not supply movies but there is a video hire store about 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the hotel. Please let us know if you would like to book the player beforehand, to ensure it is available. |
